We produce forgings as per customer needs from our own Steel Casting plant ranging from 100 kg. to 9000 kg. single piece in all grade on our state of the art 4 pillar (1250 ton) open die press forging. Heat treatment and machining is done with best Heat Treatment Furnace (3 No.)
Forging Shop
we have installed a fully automated 1600 T hot / warm Forging. This highly sophisticated and automated line is capable of producing various hot and warm forging components at a productivity of 20 parts per minute. It is backed by provisions like auto- transfer, auto- lubrication, quick die changer etc.
Heat Treatment Shop
Heat Treatment facility presently equipped to handle Annealing, Normalizing consist of Furnace which is provided with controlled internal atmosphere to ensure the desired microstructure. The furnace is uniquely designed, by virtue of which, special alloy steels can undergo consistently slow heating to ensure proper grain orientation and uniformity of properties, especially in reference to larger components. The Heat Treatment Furnaces are calibrated to ensure uniformity of temperature at various zones, thus under heating or over heating to grain coarsening is avoided.
Machine Shop
The firm has a captive machine shop, which undertakes complete range of machining operations. It is also equipped with die-sinking facilities for development of dies to feed drop hammers. We have facility for manufacture of fasteners and special purpose Bolts, Eye Bolts etc. with standard metric threads upto M48.
